Serena Williams hit a winner on Thursday in a form-fitting light blue dress at the Taste of Tennis event in New York City.
The 31-year-old top-ranked female tennis player co-hosted the event mixing food from some of the Big Apple's top chefs with professional tennis players ahead of the US Open.
She was joined at the W New York Hotel with co-host Marcus Samuelsson, owner of the Red Rooster Harlem restaurant, and her 33-year-old big sister Venus.

All eyes were on Serena who looked stunning in the sky blue, knee-length sleeveless dress.
The tennis star donned a pair of sleek, golden open-toed heels and accessorised with a large bead bracelet and a pair of dangling earrings.
Serena had her frizzy dark auburn hair down and wore natural-looking make-up.

Venus also wore a fun, summer outfit to the tasting event that featured dishes from 28 renowned chefs to benefit the James Beard Foundation to promote the culinary arts.
The Williams sisters were joined at the benefit by some of their rivals on the circuit.
Belarusian tennis player Victoria Azarenka, 24, who is currently ranked second among women, wore a little black dress to the tasting.

Victoria had her dress sleeves rolled up and had ler long blonde hair loosely pulled back. The blue-eyed beauty carried a black studded purse and wore bright yellow fingernail polish.
Polish player Agnieszka Radwanska, currently ranked fourth among female players, wore a sleeveless white blouse with an art drawing on front and a shortblack geometric skirt.
Third-ranked Maria Sharapova, 26, was not in attendance as she announced she was withdrawing from the US Open due to a shoulder injury.
The US Open starts Monday and runs through September 9. It is the last of the four major tournaments that comprise the Grand Slam along with the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon.
