Kim Kardashian finally broke cover on Wednesday as she stepped out for the first time since giving birth to daughter North. 
The 32-year-old reality star, who has not been seen in public since North was welcomed into the world eight weeks ago, looked radiant for the outing alongside Kanye West in Los Angeles.
And while she is said to have been battling insecurities over her post-baby body, Kim appeared confident as she showed off the results of the rigorous exercise and diet regime she has been following to already lose 30lbs.
